Takeshi Murata’s artwork melds traditional artistic mediums with futuristic digital wizardry. He’s turned the pixel bleed, or datamosh, into an art form, inspiring music videos by Kanye and Chairlift, and generally melting our idea of digital video.
Murata invited The Creators Project into his personal studio for a first-hand look at his creative process.
