If you are in London or anywhere remotely near London, drop whatever the fuck you’re doing and go to ABBAWorld RIGHT NOW. Some genius decided to create a touring exhibit dedicated to ABBA. If you’re not in love with the delightful disco foursome of yore, we’ve got just one word for you: holograms.
The exhibit is stuffed to the gills with ABBA costumes, footage, posters, and other useless memorabilia that you can’t touch, but that’s not what sold us a one-way ticket to Limeytown. We inevitably melted our credit cards for the privilege to sing our favorite ABBA jams alongside 3D Frida, Björn, Benny, and Anna holographs! HOLO-GRAPHS? Are you still reading this? You shouldn’t be! Get on a goddamn plane pronto! No answers yet on whether the holograms participate in the classic, simple-yet-vaguely-erotic ABBA move of having two girls sing at each other’s profiles.
PS If motherfucking holograms aren’t enough for you, the show also includes a helicopter like the one on the cover of Arrival. Also no answers yet as to why it’s only “like the one” and not the actual one.
