An Amazon.com That Will Make You Hungry

Soon after John Lee lost his job last year, his brother called him up with a totally awesome business idea that he had to act on right now. “It’s a totally awesome business idea you have to act on right now, mmmmmmkay, and you’re gonna get rich,” his brother likely said. “Get me bra?” After about twelve minutes of introduction, he thought he dug him. Then his brother finally explained that California’s cannibis industry would be soo rad right now for a career right now given the $200 million market and also, did he have any hummus at his house? John Lee, which only sounds like a pretty lame fake name, took it to the next level and business opp’ed that yo: an Amazon.com for marijuana. Of COURSE! We had that idea too once. But for cheeses, and they would be printed out through your CD drive.
Anyway, using his golden knowledge of technology, John Lee is getting it running, and its totally dank. PlainView Systems, which is such a low key name (though it could be a fake narc company, we’re not totally of this one sure), is a business-to-business exchange for licensed providers of medical marijuana and their patients. In other words, a “compassionate care marketplace.” There’s even a Twitter. Yesssss.
By connecting buddies and nu dudes together so they can form growing collectives — a legal requirement for those that want to sell pot — and so they can cut deals with other members to buy and sell their inventory (although the word “selling” is a legal no-no with some dispensaries, where you’re just being “reimbursed you for your time”), and by allowing sellers to keep track of sales, generate invoices, sales reports and tax paperwork, the website is like a balance beam for traipsing across the red tape tightrope that hangs above the caldron of burning napalm that is government. And so it’s totally sweet. Unless it’s run by narcs.
Now that New Jersey has legalized medical weed, following fourteen other states, and the American Medical Association recently softened its anti-cannibis stance, and the Obama administration said it would stop federally prosecuting medical marijuana users and suppliers who comply with their state laws, it’s clearly high time for some new tech.
High time. HIGH.

I am real. If Alexander wanted to he could have contacted me directly through my website, but that didn't happen ;). I am not a Narc, and PlainView is not a set-up. it is set up to allow growers and patients to connect in a defensible collective. As for behind the curtain, you can view a demo: PlainView Systems LLC is pleased to announce that we will be holding a series of Webinars to demonstrate PlainView CCM, starting Friday March 5th @ 12:00 p.m. PST.
