The Thankless Search for Intelligence Out There... Somewhere
Posted by Motherboard on Monday, Sep 28, 2009
Motherboard correspondent and 11-year-old mini-brainiac-author Adora Svitak travels to the SETI Institute to investigate the reasons we haven’t made extra-terrestrial contact yet — and also to find out when and how this group of clever earthlings hopes to right this grave injustice. Thanks, Adora!

Don't burn yourself out, Adore. We need little whippersnappers like you to run this piece of junk when we're getting old and jaded.

Love the video. Makes the mundane entertaining without patronizing the subjects. Are Adora's videos going to be a regular thing?

Excellent video... the interview really brought out the human side of the 3 SETI researchers, and I like the camera work showing lots of interesting small details around the rooms. This video is highly recommended!
